Story: What attracted me to this Welbeck Street NCP Car Park Building is the design of the building that perfectly camouflages it from being recognised as a car park.
A very interesting design indeed. Thanks for your post, have been trying to find the location of the car park for ages, I photographed it a while back and couldn't remember where it was! The building was featured in the chemical brothers video "believe".
